How long does the subscription last?

Subscription durations depend on the plans configured by the content creator. These can last 7, 30, 90, 180, or 365 days and are auto-renewed using the available balance in your Linbk wallet at the time of expiration. It is VERY IMPORTANT to be aware of your chosen plan and cancel your subscription from the creator's profile if you do not wish to continue.

Prices are expressed in dollars, how can I pay in Chilean pesos?

All payments made with Chilean payment methods are converted at the time of purchase to Chilean pesos according to the Google Finance exchange rate. Payments from other countries are processed in dollars.

Do payments have any surcharge?

Yes, all payments include a platform service charge of 15% + VAT and a payment processing fee of 7.5% + VAT for national transactions. For international transactions, the fee is 7.5% + $0.5 USD + 19% VAT, as imposed by the payment gateways. This ensures that creators receive their full earnings in dollars when withdrawing funds.

Can I request a refund if I didn't like a creator's content?

Unfortunately, NO. When you purchase a subscription, you gain access to the creator’s content, and due to respect for the creator’s work and privacy, refunds are not possible. Please ensure you are certain before making a purchase.

How can I delete my account from the platform?

To delete your account, go to your user menu, then "Edit Profile" > "Menu" > "Privacy and Security," and click the "Delete Account" button. You can also access this directly via this link.
