Linbk Refund Policy
1. Refunds
You agree that you will not make unjustified refund requests in respect of any Linbk Transaction or for tip submissions to a Creator, or unjustified chargeback requests from your payment card provider in relation to any Linbk Transaction or for tip submissions to a Creator. If we consider that any refund or chargeback request was made by you in bad faith, we have the right to suspend or delete your user account.
Furthermore, your Linbk wallet balance is non-refundable, meaning that you are not entitled to a refund of any unused Linbk wallet balance.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
- Accidental duplicate payments.
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Content that does not match the description provided by the creator.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with purchased content.
- Completed transactions where content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Subscriptions after the billing cycle has started.
- Any request that does not align with the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, users must:
- Submit a request via Linbk’s support center within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots, error messages, or relevant details).
- Allow up to 10 business days for Linbk to review and process the request.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Any transaction fees associated with the refund process may be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Linbk reserves the right to issue credits instead of refunds where applicable.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a refund request is denied and the user wishes to dispute the decision, they may escalate the issue by contacting Linbk’s support team with additional evidence. Linbk’s decision on refunds is final after a thorough review.
7. Changes to Refund Policy
Linbk reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any updates.
